Favorite pic
This is one of my favorite pics. It's from our first Pride festival, June 2021. Our third child, Brooke, is bisexual and nonbinary and uses they/them pronouns. Many of us are so used to heteronormative and patriarchal culture that we have a hard time accepting anything else. Gender expansive people have always been around, however, and I am glad they are more able to be seen and live their truth now.
